Limited Warranty and Repairs

Limited Warranty on manufacturing defects for the original owner of the product and a 30-day return for a refund depending on the condition of the product.

If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship, we will repair the bag at our discretion.  

What’s Covered?
Defective sewing/stitching, defective zippers, attachment hardware and clips.

What’s Not Covered?
Normal wear and tear such as rips, tears, and fading. If the product(s) has been modified, it may not be eligible for warranty. In certain cases, we can repair minor cosmetic damage.

Submitting a Claim 

To submit a claim,

  • Place of Purchase
  • Date of Purchase
  • Order Number - If you placed your order online through greengurugear.com, your order number will be on your order confirmation email.
  • Provide a detailed description of the problem that you’re having with your product.
  • Snapping a photo is very helpful. 
    Please make sure that we will be able to tell what is damaged, and that we can tell where the damage is located on your bag.

If your bag qualifies under warranty, your only responsibility is to get it to us after we provide you RMA number.

*Contact for Repairs and Warranty will be handled in a timely manner via email once we can verify RMA status* 

 Once the product is received, we will evaluate the claim within 3-5 business days. Once a decision is made, we will contact you and give you an update on the estimated time it will take to repair and get it shipped back to you.
