What Qualifies For A Return

If you purchased a Green Guru and would like to return it within 30 days, we can issue a full product refund depending on the condition of the product. Returns must be in unused condition with all original tags.

If you purchased your product from a retail store and/or website other than www.greengurugear.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase.

The Return Process

1. Email Warranty@greengurugear.com the following:

  • Name
  • Shipping Info
  • Phone Number and Email Address
  • Order Number (#xxxx-S)
  • A Description why you are returning the item.
  • A picture of any damage or manufacturing defects (required for repairs)

We will respond with your RMA# for you to send along with your return or repair

2. Mail your product return to the following address:

3. Once received, returns take 3-7 business days to process. We will send out an email to let you know that we have completed your return.

 

If You Received the Wrong Product

If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or something is missing from your order, please contact us shipping@greengurugear.com. Please provide your Name and Order Numbers, as well as the item that was shipped in error or missing. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.
