Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do ship internationally. As a small company, our international shipping rates may not be as competitive as those of other brands, but we strive to accommodate our international customers as much as possible. Please get in touch with us if you are not satisfied with your international shipping rate, and we will do our best to reduce it. 

Where can I recycle my gear waste?

Are our products waterproof?

No, but most products are weatherproof against rain, snow, and wind.

We ship USPS First Class or Priority and UPS.

Returns and exchanges take one to two business days once we have received your item. We will use the best method to ship your return, which should take between 3 and 5 business days.

What is the Green Guru warranty policy?

Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects and a 30-day return policy with a full refund, subject to the condition of the product.

How do I care for my inner tube Green Guru bag?

To clean: use water, Simple Green, or most other spray cleaners. Wipe down rubber with a rag. If needed, place in a washing machine on gentle cycle without detergent. Do not put in dryer. Do not dry clean. To protect rubber: With a clean rag, apply a light coat of Armor All or similar product to rubber exterior.
