What does your average day look? Constantly being on the move makes every day different and not so average, but I always try to include some time outside, exercise, and quality nutrition into my routine, no matter where I am. I love yoga, mountain biking, camping, snowboarding. Pretty much most activities outside, along with yoga and acroyoga.
Eco Tip: Always bring a water bottle with you when you are traveling. You eliminate so much waste this way and most restaurants and businesses will let you fill up your bottle for free, so you can save money, the environment, and are always hydrated.
Bike Tip: You will get a flat at some point. Wath the YouTube videos and learn how to fix a flat.
