Halfshift Not For Me

I have my inner tube, Taikia tire pump, phone and billfold in the bag on a large Surly Bridge Club. It doesn’t seem to have room over my water bottles, and that lack of room underneath and the width with what I have in it basically means it pushes out to the side meaning my knees touch on almost every cycle
