Great air travel bag, too,

This backpack fits in the overhead bin of all major airlines, saving $$$ in travel. It is very durable and stands up well to the cruelties of back age handlers. Plus, you look good wearing it in an urban environment, as well.

Perfect for errands or biking around town

I love this bag- it’s been my everyday for years. Waterproof and reliable for heavy loads, it’s exactly the right size for grabbing groceries by bike. It does only have one inner compartment though, and no zip pockets, so like the description says it’s better for day trips than use as a weekend/camping bag. Also the colors can’t be beat and the reflective strip is a nice touch.

Affordable and very well made

I bought this knap sack to use as a seatbag on my Hase recumbent trike, and it didn't disappoint. I use Green Guru products on both mine and my wife's bikes and we couldn't be more satisfied.

Basic and Basically What I Need

The Joyride backpack is a nice size and weight for carrying lighter loads around town, on foot or by bike (it has a waist strap for biking). I seems well made, too. The material is waterproof, and the roll top really keeps the rain out. But it does not have some small features (e.g., zipered pockets or a key lanyard) that most more expensive backpacks of this size do, and it's unpadded straps are probably not suitable for heavy hiking/camping loads.

But if, like me, you want a basic backpack for around town use that will keep your stuff dry, want to show a little style, and appreciate the use of upcycled materials, this backpack is a really good choice. I'm enjoying mine!
