Green Guru supports Rocky Mtn. Sustainable Living Fair in Ft. Collins This Weekend
Every year the Rocky Mountain Sustainable Living Fair just keeps getting better. The Fair, now in it's 8th year, is produced by the great folks at Rocky Mountain Sustainable Living Association. Featuring 175 exhibitors, 35 workshops, keynote speakers, demonstrations, Planet Youth, Zen Zone, entertainment, beer garden, and much more.
2006 Resource Diversion Statistics
196 pounds of cardboard recycled
443 pounds of food and paper scraps fed to our red worms
127 pounds of commingled containers recycled
15 pounds of doggie waste
ONLY 160 pounds of waste went to the landfill after a 2-day event attended by 7662 people
The 8th Annual Rocky Mountain Sustainable Living Fair will be held at New Belgium Brewing Company's OxBow property located at 500 Linden Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524.
