Black Tie - Colorado is holding an auction for the Front Range Waldorf School and we have donated one of our Hemp Messenger Bags to the cause.

Our Reclamation Partner AcuGreen has also contributed a ton (literally, a ton) of their recycled landscaping material to this cause. Talk about a cool company! They have some really great products - play ground surface, landscaping mulch - which are all made from vulcanized rubber tires.

This "Green Auction" will be held on November 8th at the Solterra Retreat in Lakewood, CO. Come on out - tickets are $35 and there will be a lot of fun entertainment as well as a great list of products on the auction list!

Yes, Veloswap, yes. Like bikes? Like buying and trading stuff? Well if you are in Denver on Saturday October 25th, then you need to attend this sweet sweet event. Located in the illustrious National Western Complex (MAP), you better arrive early because last year the line was around the block and that's a good thing. It starts at 9AM and doesn't end until 4PM. Come hang with the Gurus in their element.

UPDATE: We have decided to skip this year's Washington DC Green Festival. We'll miss you this year, but will be back for the coming Fests!

Looks like the Road Trip Crew got the go ahead for an East Coast trip early in November. They will be headed to the Washington D.C. Green Festival, which takes place November 8-9 at the D.C. Convention Center. Not that I have to tell you but this is a straight up awesome event!

Just a reminder that the Sustainability Living Fair is going on this weekend. It's being held in Fort Collins on September 20th & 21st at the Rocky Mountain Raptor Program.

With tons of great speakers, entertainment, food, and exhibitors, this is certainly a fair not to miss.

So, you want to come, eh? Local to Fort Collins? Ride your bike! There is even a snazzy Bike Valet Parking service for those that ride to the event. Pretty cool!

The city of Colorado Springs is holding the City Green Fair on the 16th of Sept. at the City Auditorium. This event will feature some of the most sustainable vendors and organizations in the Colorado Springs area. 

Our very own Robert Bogatin will be speaking at 10:00 AM regarding the sustainable, domestic manufacture of goods. He will speak about our processes, how we conduct ethical business, and our supply chain goals.

Many more speakers will present their ideas over the course of the day. Join us for a great time, eat some delicious food, and learn about your world.

Another event is upon us - this time its called the Sustainable Living Roadshow and what a cool event it is. Held at the Hirshorn Park in Denver MAP, this national tour is stopping off for a two day "Eco-Carnival" beginning the 26th and ending the 27th.

"This clean fuel festival consists of educators and entertainers touring the country to showcase sustainable living strategies for a healthier planet." There is a ton of great music, speakers and workshops to attend over the course of two days.

Our friend Janice, founder of Janice Underhill Inc., will be helping individuals and companies green their lives and environments. Located in booth 11, she will speak to her company's ability and benefits wih Green Guru Gear behind her. Come on over and check it out!

Okay, the Sustainability Living Fair - quite different from the previous event athough similar names - will be held in Fort Collins on September 20th - 21st. Taking place at the Rocky Mountain Raptor Program, this fair is on target with great speakers, entertainment, food, and exhibitors. This news may be a bit early, yet we like to prep you for our emminent Green Fest onslaught. This is gearing up to be a coast to coast road trip in early November. The DC Green Festival will be held on the 8th and 9th of November, while the SF Green Fest is the 14th - 16th. Goodness. We do like challenges and aparently enjoy punishing our Eco-Ambulance with mucho highway miles. Nonetheless, we shall prevail. Much more info as the event approaches.

Summer Outdoor Retailer, you devil, we had such a great time! Let's have some words about one of the sweetest outdoor industry events in the universe, yes universe. Simply said, this event has proven to be very popular with excellent companies and Ecologic Designs was lucky enough to celebrate our first OR anniversary!

We were excited to unveil some very cool projects and services that are coming soon and just releasing.

We have completed the Vulcar our premier blown out rubber messenger; built to last from reclaimed semi truck inner tubes made right here in Boulder, CO.

There is so much more to come - check back, we will be revealing more in the near future.

Well aren't we the road warrior gurus? Our road team just got back from the Rothbury Music Festival held in Michigan over the 4th of July long weekend. We must say that this was certainly one of the finest events that we have attended. If I were to talk about excellent music, beautiful venues, and perfect weather, there is a very good chance that I'm babbling about this event.

Coming Jun 21st in downtown Denver, Earthworks Expo is a unique event where vendors and speakers gather for your benefit.
