The Green Guru crew is partying at Crested Butte over the next four days at the "Planet's oldest mountain bike festival" - Fat Tire Bike Week.
Come join the fun in one of the most beautiful places in the Colorado. We have a booth in the main vendor area so drop on by and start a conversation.
If you miss the booth, that's okay. You catch us us ripping up single track, cruising around town on funk-tastic bikes, and generally having an awesome time.
Can't make it to the CB? Join us at the Leadville Trail 100, which is an utterly grueling race with some big names competing for podium finishes.

Welcome all to the New Year! We are supremely excited about 2010 and what it means for us. You'll be seeing lots o' great changes, updates, contests, and events posted on this blog.
One cool piece of news we received as we arrived back from our holiday vacation was a letter from Google stating that so many people were reading our business listing and inquiring about driving directions that Google has made our facility in Boulder a Favorite Place on Google. We think this is really cool so come on our and check out what we do.
As some of you may know, our website took a hit last year and much of our database was corrupted - how fun. We're planning to update the blog with as much of the past information as possible. But prepare yourself for some sweet blog action from these Gurus. Subscribe to our RSS feed. Become our friend on Facebook and check out our Twitter specials! Have a happy New Year and stay in touch!
Our website suffered a major database error recently. We were able to resolve the problem with a backup but have lost some content in the process. Normally, this is rather bad news - and it was! - but in light of this, we are proud to bring you news of our lastest development! We've been working behind the scenes to bring you a brand new Green Guru website! The updated site has a great new feel that will allow you to quickly check out all of our content with ease!

Well aren't we the road warrior gurus? Our road team just got back from the Rothbury Music Festival held in Michigan over the 4th of July long weekend. We must say that this was certainly one of the finest events that we have attended. If I were to talk about excellent music, beautiful venues, and perfect weather, there is a very good chance that I'm babbling about this event.
Green Guru likes Elephant, and Elephant is like you: conscious, mindful and progressive. Green Guru is proud have had the opportunity to help green up this year's Sundance Film Festival by partnering up with EconsciousMarket to support the first annual Giving Suite this January 17 to 27, 2008.

Our good friends at Solio have recently gotten some great press in the New York Times. Their Solio Hybrid 1000 and two other competing solar chargers were reviewed by a family hiking Mt. Kilimanjaro. Check out the positive things they have to say. Great stuff guys. Keep it up!
Our Climbing Rope Chalk bag is blogged by Pofroad.com. A climbing blog written in French. We recieved tons of great interest and comments on the bag. Unfortunately we are sold out, but will be offering more very soon. Made from recycled / reclaimed climbing rope on the rim, bike inner tubes on the bottom, hemp on the sides and recycled fleece on the inside it doesn't get more eco cool than this. Also check out our recycled / reclaimed climbing rope key chains and bracelets. Thanks again to our French fans at www.Pofroad.com.
The National Geographic 2007 Green Guide Staff Picks our billboard snowboard bag as a favorite. Listed among other great green products, our recycled highway billboard snowboard bag makes the list as a green gear option. Thanks Green Guide Staff. We look foward to the new Green Guide magazine coming in March 2008.
